I use treats for obedience and agility classes. I need a treat that is not crunchy, but chewy and capable of breaking up into small bits. This product is already a perfect training treat size, so I do not have to spend time cutting the pieces into soy bean sized bits. Have yet to see them in action but I am sure my pup will love them.

I'm very happy with this leash. It is sturdy enough to use with a strong dog, yet the fabric isn't too rough on my hands, and it has a nice padded hand hold.

I really like the adjustable feature which holds the leash at the length selected, up to 6 feet. This doesn't have the drawbacks of the commonly used reel-type leashes.

The reflective pattern should keep us visible during walks. And the leash is washable, as well.

With the adjustability, this lead is always a great length for our walks / runs. It seems to have been well-made. I found out the clips are even switchable if you find a design you like better from Red Dingo. The padding in the handle is a VERY nice, VERY comfortable feature. I bought this one over other leads, however, because of the reflective surface (note that the reflective surface is on only ONE side). It seems like the reflective surface has gradually "dulled" out, and it doesn't seem as effective as it was when I first purchased it (more than six months ago, used daily). If the reflective surface wasn't part of the equation, this lead would get five stars, hands down.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great quality. We use it as a bell for our dog to ring to go outside. I have a high end training collar with a mile range for my bird dog / home / family companion German Shorthaired Pointer, Hans. I got this collar to see if it would passively help him be quiet in his kennel/cage on those mornings when he keeps trying to get me out of bed and I want to sleep in. I took the battery protector out to give the thing juice, clipped it on, and was amazed at how well it worked. There are no settings to program, and not even an on/off switch. Back to sleep and no barking, howling, or crying coming from the utility room! I'm buying another one just to keep it on hand.

Hans is pretty smart and ornery, so he's figured out he can do some whimpering with the collar on, but I can't hear through the bedroom door and clipping the collar on typically immediately changes his attitude. The progressive, increasing shock feature is very effective and I think all but the most thick-skulled canines will learn the behavior / consequence situation very rapidly.

i love this item because i was kinda against it at first.I actually tried it on myself before i put it on my pet,he is a pitbull and barks all night, just because he is a guard dog, but I didnt want him to get hurt by it. But its only a tickle and he hasnt barked ,as long as i remember to put it on him. He stops barking for the most part because he hears the little beep,and gets distracted. I love it .I do recommend.

Put it on my dog. It goes off randomly when he is not barking, and does not work when he barks. Don't waste your money. Also the color cannot be adjusted enough for small dogs.

I use this collar on 2 beagles. You must keep filled. One of my beagles learned quiclky that she could bark until the spray ran out-she was conditioned that she could bark and get sprayed for about 25 sprays and then be free of the annoyance. It worked great until she learned this-my fault as I should have brought her in to check the fill status. Only downside is that there is no way of knowing how full the unit is. I just follow directions and use can for 20 seconds. I have used shock collars also but consider this to be the best. Battery lasts a decent amount of time and unit has a shutoff to conserve battery life. Refils can be expensive if purchased at specialty store (Petsmart/petco).

Firstly, we have found Premier brand's new Citronella battery-operated Anti-Bark Collars with on/off switch for Dogs to be quite efficient a majority of the time, in that Dogs seem to bark more selectively. So, we still have a watch pooch but not a yapping pooch! And, the Citronella Spray Refills are easy to use in refilling the spraying mechanism container on the collar. Do check battery often. Do check collar often to maintain appropriate tightness/looseness so collar does not fall off. Do refill collar at least daily or more often to maintain consistent spraying of Dog when barking to reinforce selective barking habits. I love the collar and I love the spray that comes in the blue bottle the ones that come in the yellow bottle/sprayer didn't work out. The spray wouldn't actually go into the collar for some reason it just spritzed all over my hand when I would try to spray it into the collar. Not clear on what the issue was but it happened with the last three that I had.

I purchased this collar to go along with my system. I use the system with two collars for my two Rat Terriers. So far everything is performing as described. As a rule we charge the collar every night and replace them on the dogs in the morning. We have left the collars on a couple days and the red light comes on indicating a low battery. As the dogs learn and the collar is used less the collar may last more than this but for now we just charge them every night. Setting up the system to use the two collars was very easy and use is easy as well. I have noticed my male needs a higehr stimulation level so if you have a larger dog or a very stubborn dog this collar stimulation may not be adequate.

Work in perfect harmony with the main controller.. I have no complaints about this item except one... It doesn't hold a charge as well as I would expect.

Unless you are diligent about taking the battery out after every use, the lifespan of a battery is measured in days. I don't know if this says more about the Citronella Bark Collar or the battery itself, but if you use the collar a lot, buy the batteries in bulk!

We bought a pet safe training collar that does not have a shock feature..only sound or vibrate features. This was a good choice for our small dog prone to seizures. And, it is unbelievable about brief the battery holds a charge. Pet Safe reps were totally difficult with discussing this issue and there is no information to warn about this apparent shortcoming. The earlier comment is exactly right....days of charge...not the 1-3 months told to us by the distributor. The first battery that came with the unit only lasted through one outing when we walk our dog off leash and use the vibrate feature when he's about to go on prey drive. The second battery, also, only lasted through one outing and the beginning of a second outing...or for a total of about twenty button pushings. Training was effective; the only positive in this rip off. Pet safe wants us to pay 18dollars and send the collar back...but more than likely this would be waste of 25 dollars. A replaced collar is not going to make a difference. As for ordering more batteries from petsafe...i don't think so. Either get them cheaper someplace else or look for a lithium battery AND take the battery out when not in use. If anyone can indicate if this makes a big difference, please post. Pet safe would not offer such information.

I have two of these, one for an 80lb Akita, one for a 65lb Korean Jindo. My wife and I were walking the dogs using the no-pull connection in the front. The dogs saw a cat. The Jindo, of course, pulled and the strap holding the front loop broke. (My wife did catch him by the back handle). On examination, the strap holding the front loop appeared frayed where the stitching broke. I can't tell if there was a problem with the stitching or the material, but this incident happened within a month of purchase and with little use of the front connection. I have no confidence in the front connection for the Akita, a more powerful dog. The no pull feature does help, but I can not use it with the Jindo and dare not with the Akita. Other than that, these harnesses appear well designed. The side strap and, especially the back handle/leash connector are very strong.

I received the new shrink wrapped product in days, just as advertised. The harness was instantly put in use. I recommend checking the sizing chart carefully, you could end up with a harness that is to big (not in my case). The handle is great as well as the no pull front leash attachment. I recommend this product.

I needed to have control of her between searches but also wanted to have a comfortable harness that she could use for searching the multiple rings are great for that. The front ring gives me control and the rear ring is great for when she is searching. Product is well made and fits good.

This harness is extremely high quality. Our dutch shepherd has a 28" girth, is lean and muscular. This harness is at least 3 inches too small around her chest as it is supposed to fit a 24-29". Maxed out, the straps absolutely will not allow the quick release to snap in. All other measurements are perfect. I am leery of ordering the 30"-39" as I think she would be swimming in it. This harness still gets a 5 star from me as the quality is superb, it is not the companies fault that my dogs shape does not match their harness.

I purchased this to use for tracking. After measuring my dog several times to make sure I absolutely had the right size (she measured 32" and I've measured dogs for things before) I ordered the medium. Wrong!! When I got it, there was no way it fit her. I was pretty disappointed as I've been having to use a regular 'walking' harness with her and was ready to have a 'working' harness for her. What a disappointment! Then when I called the company they told me it wasn't their problem and that I had to call Amazon, even though the e-mail they sent me said to call them before posting a bad review.
