Premier Sheepskin Squeeker Dog Toy

I have a 30 lb sheltie who loves to play tug-o-war. She's always running to her toy box to pick up this "fleece" tug toy to let me know she wants to play with me (this and her Coleman "bear rug" toy, her favorite tugs). She hops and tugs and shakes her end of the tug toy to her heart's content. She loves this tug so much that she'll simply hold onto one end while I hold the other end in one hand, and do chores with my free hand. It's like walking her around in the house with a leash, only it's a fleece tug in her mouth.

My dog is not a determined toy destroyer, thankfully. Also, she doesn't play with this toy on her own if I don't play with her.

This toy is long enough that it's actually better for my back, as I can hold onto my end while my knee-high sheltie grabs hold of the other end, and I don't have to bend over (I'm 5'9"). Each end has a squeaker, which still function after two months of play.

I'm glad I bought it! It gets daily play at my house, it's clearly one of my dog's Top Two favorites. I have other Premier toys and am very happy with their longevity and their design.

**UPDATE** I've now had this toy for 3 months, and neither of the squeakers work anymore. They can't be replaced, but I'm still glad I purchased this toy, my dog still loves it even though it doesn't squeak.

**UPDATE #2** I bought a second tug toy, and this one had its long seam come undone within the first day. Manufacturing defect, pleh. My girl and boy shelties still play with the first, older tug toy, it has holes in it that I put kibble in to add renewed interest to the toy.

Good quality alternative to the very similar ones sold in pet stores for a lot more money. On sale, they are a great bargain.

This is Rigley's 4th sheepskin tug. It's his favorite toy! Although it is not made to withstand the torque of an 83 pound Golden Retriever on one end and husband on the other, it lasts as best it can. Even when it gets down to pieces it is still the first thing Rigley brings to us for play. There will always be a sheepskin tug in his toy box.

This is a good quality fleece toy but is a little bigger than I thought. It is probably a little bigger than I need for my 45 pound dog.

Holds up well to my pit mix's heavy duty chewing. Plus easy to sew back together when he does chew through. Would like to see made without squeakers though as that is what makes him chew so much.

This is a pretty good item and is cheaper than the ones you see on TV. I feel that a smell will be inevitable no matter which one you get after awhile. I have two of these pads and whenever one gets used I give it a deep clean and then hang it outside to dry while the other one is in use and so far they are still in great shape and I cannot smell them. I would recommend this product.

This is great,I got a puppy for Christmas and this is so convenient. Because the weather here has been so bad I put it in the laundry room and my dog uses it whenever she wants. I put paper between the layers so that the urine doesn't build up and just toss the paper and I just rinse off the grass with a mild detergent. Love it.

Price point was the main focus for this purchase, and it's actually not bad for being on the lower end of this product type. We live in a 3rd floor apartment with a balcony, so this product is perfect for us. Whenever our dog needs to go we just open the sliding door and she takes it from there. She goes right to the pad and does her business. It does what it says it does. However, it is really hard to get rid of the odor from the grass patch, so I've replaced it every few months. Also be sure to empty the urine at least daily or once every few days, otherwise it just becomes putrid. The tray is durable and it just needs an occasional rinse. I ordered it off Amazon and I received it in no time.

I've rated these fake grass pads highly because they helped us train our youngest dog to limit her outdoor pottying two two areas on our deck. Our other dogs who were wee-pad trained indoors decided to follow her lead, so these pads DO get used many times daily. I don't recommend them for indoor use because they will start to smell bad quickly and the urine smell will never go away completely, no matter how much you hose them or spray with bleach. But then it's the doggie wee smell that makes the dogs keep coming back, isn't it? Oh....one more thing. WARNING: When you use these pads in trays outside, hose them down AT LEAST every few days during cold weather and EVERY SINGLE DAY in hot weather. I also spray some Dr. Bronner's soap and some bleach on them regularly during the warmer months because if you don't keep these pads clean, all sorts of interesting things will want to live in them and lay their eggs....like flies, flies that look like bees, wasp-like flying insects, and black beetles that look like the ones they're always showing on CSI. I think it has to do with the beehive-like chambers in the plastic tray and the holes punched in the grass pads along with the dog urine which some insects like for its salt. Yes...that was one horrible summer when we learned all this!

I was ready to get rid of my 2 yorkies. They just simply won't go outside to do their business if it is raining, cold or just not perfect. I bought the pet park with a replacement pad and am now so much happier with my dogs. I simply put the tray down and they began using it immediately with no training whatsoever. Yes, it does have some smell but not nearly as bad as the family room rug did. It is not difficult to clean and I highly recommend buying a replacement pad to switch out to dry. If your dogs insist upon going in the house, this is a great alternative.

My male cat went through a period of urinating in various areas. (No, he did not have a urinary tract infection and No, he is not depressed in need of pet psycho-therapy.) Spraying this stuff works. He stopped urinating in those areas and I've gotten him to use the litter box again. It smells but it works. I recommend re-applying it and then dropping the cat in the area while saying no. I tried the organic sprays and they are worthless. If you want something organic that does not work then spray water. At least you'll save money.

I had a friend who swore by this product, so I purchased it and used it on wood furniture and the back of chairs (my cat loves to scratch wood furniture). While it worked when the furniture was damp, he would inevitably go over and sniff the area and touch it with his paws, and the next morning would scratch again. My friend had mentioned re-application, so it was this point I read the back (should have done that first). There is a warning for users to call poison control if the stuff gets on your skin because the ingredients are dangerous when absorbed. I then researched the chemical, here's a link to epa fact sheet (). The warning is required by EPA because it is classified as a toxic chemical but it seems there's no risk when inhaling and toxicity is very low.

While my research does ease my fears on the safety of the product, I think it's best that each consumer make the decision of whether to use the product based on their cat's personality. My cat will try to taste and eat things when he doesn't recognize them, and nips faces and hands as signs of affection. Based on that, boundary is too much of a risk for me.

For those with cat's similar to mine, purchasing the organic sprays as an alternative is not recommended while they don't have a sent, they don't really work. My cat will avoid when area is damp, but walk over it once it's dried. So now we have a scratch board with catnip, that he loves, double sided tape, that he tries to eat but does keep him from scratching, we clip his claws regularly, and we purchased a large accent rug that we encourage him to scratch with treats and positive reinforcement.

The chemical used in Boundary has been around since 1966 and it hasn't not caused serious harm to pets, but follow your gut if you know your cat is persistent and curious.

This worked great,the first 2 days,after that forget it.I paid too much for the results I got!

I have 3 kittens,they all scattered the first day,I sprayed it on my sofa and chair.{I used it on the furniture each morning)The 3rd day,I caught them scratching the furniture as soon as the spray dried!I re-sprayed again,they sat right there and watched me!This time I sprayed so much,even my eyes were affected!The furniture was saturated!

I bought this to deter strays from bugging my cat at the window. I live in a basement apartment so strays outside are at eye level with my cat when he perches at the window. It drives my cat nuts. I tried powders, crystals...this spray seemed to work. You have to keep applying it. It wears off after a few days. BUT I sprayed it on the corners of my couches to try and prevent my cat from scratching and it had no effect whatsoever.

This spray works fairly well for a week or so, but then our cats will go right back to the treated area with little hesitation. This helps in the short-term, but is not a miracle fix. Also, I could smell the product for a while even though it is supposed to only be noticeable by pets. It's not the worst smell ever, but it is not pleasant either. ...kind of musty, weird odor.

We have a three year old Golden Doodle that is very excitable when we have company over and were looking for a effective training/corrective tool to control his behavior. We looked at several different collars and decided to go with this one based on all of the reviews. The first time we used the collar was when we had our parents over for dinner. We have been using these collars for about a year for our two miniature schnauzers. We live across the street from an "off-leash" dog park, and see constant and often chaotic dog traffic go past our yard. Our dogs love to bark and nothing else we tried worked--and believe me we tried a lot of different things and were consistent. Cons break easily and hard to use to hide a pill in. My dog will chew through them and spit the pill out, so the smell might be not strong enough to actually cover some smelly pills stink.

I am not an expert in dog nutrition and cannot give any opinion but I would like to do more research about ingredients and see what may be causing reaction in my dog.

My dog is not very food motivated, so in order to get his undivided attention during training class, I need to have a seriously kick-ass treat. He LOVES these in the cheddar and salmon flavors. When he starts to pay more attention to the other dogs than me, I just wave this in front of his nose and BAM! I left the bag on the table and noticed one of my cats purring and dying to get into the bag. To my surprise, both of the cats gobbled these treats up. These are great.

Buying a few of these from our local store, we quickly realized how overpriced they were. Buying in bulk from Amazon has saved us a bunch of money, and our dogs still enjoy their favorite treats. There have not been any issues with these treats causing "bathroom" issues, in fact these were recommended as easy on the stomach for puppies and dogs. The bacon cheese flavor and duck are also great! The reason why I gave only 4/5 stars is because these are a little big for smaller dogs and I have to cut them in half for our 17lb cavaliers.

I prefer the liver as they stick to hard cookies and you can stick pill inside without it breaking. If you're just going to give them to your dogs as is, they are fine.

These treats are fantastic not only for training, but for most interactive toys. A lot of interactive toys have size constraints, and larger treats won't fit. These fit in just about every (I say "just about" because I'm sure there's a toy out there somewhere that won't work) interactive toy there is.

They're on the small side, so they will work well for most puppies too.

We buy every flavor for our three dogs, and they seem to like the Cheddar and Liver flavors the best.

I would note these treats would probably be categorized as "mid-value". They are high quality treats, with good ingredients, made in the United States. We currently buy every flavor we can on Amazon through Subscribe and Save, if that says anything about how we feel about them. However, if you're working with a fearful dog (which tend to be too anxious to take any sort of treat outside of meat or cheese), these may not work. Every dog is different, and you would have to see what your dog likes in stressful situations.

Two of our three dogs have sensitive stomachs, and they have had no problems with these (any flavor).

So far the No Bark collar I purchased on Amazon.com is working very well. My yappy dog is becoming a much nicer dog to be around!

The sensitivity on the collar is not reliable or effective. It is difficult to tell if the shock/vibrate has activated, especially while the dog is moving. I assumed it was functioning and activating upon barking every time because it was always on the highest sensitivity level (on level 7 of 7) and fully charged. The prongs and box were placed properly on her neck. Though, my dog continued to bark, which led me to believe the vibrate/shock function was weak. Two days ago, my dog barked while wearing the collar. To my surprise and confirmation, it activated for the first time. She was violently shocked and screamed bloody murder. I've never seen a dog scream. She kept screaming and it kept shocking. My dog and I were both injured as I was trying to remove the shocking collar while she was flailing, running around and screaming. My dog is a lovable, gentle rescued pit bull. I have extreme guilt putting this unreliable collar on her to control her occasional bark. I will absolutely never use this again because the sensitivity is not reliable at all, thus you are unaware when it is activated or how responsive your dog is until it randomly activates. Nor will I ever try to train a dog with a shock device ever again. I will deal with her occasional barking than torture her with such a worthless, unreliable training collar.

It plain doesn't work. I was happy to receive this today. I charged the batter (as instructed). I followed the directions to a T, but it will not even turn on. Looks like another sleepless night with a barking dog.

Item was way too bulky for my dog. I have used bark collars with watch or hearing aid batteries and they don't look as bad.
