Spiked Training Collar - Large

This collar was nicer than I expected and I got good results for my head strong dog. The thing I did not like is that the clasp to open or close the collar was very difficult for me to operate. It was just too hard for my "weak" fingers. I had to use a pair of pliars, but ended up putting a easier to use clasp onto the one originally on the collar. It was easy to shorten the collar for my dog's smaller size neck just by simply removing a few links.

I have an 85 lb Australian Shepard that is very hard to keep under control with a standard choke collar. This one works great. He knows when it goes on and doesn't fight it so I rarely have to cinch it on him.

I would recommend this collar, especially for smaller Women or children, who have a large dog. Nothing worse than being dragged down the street if your dog sees something he has to check out.... it won't happen with this collar on.

BTW the collar is not "cruel", it does not stick through their skin, just uncomfortable to fight.

We use the pet corrector spray to stop our Westies from barking at the fence. They are only 15 lbs, so we do not want to use more aggressive methods of control like shock collars. The 200ml size is wonderful because the smaller cans you get at the store just don't last very long. This product works reallly well for one of our westies, but the other is less affected by it. Like all other products, you won't know if your dog will respond to the sound, until you try!

My two three-year old Tibetan Terriers were unwelcoming hysterical barkers whenever anyone came to the door or entered the house, scaring the bejaybers out of friends, service people and kiddies. I purchased pet corrector because my 3maltese "were" barkers. Since I have used this product they are 99 percent better. All I have to do is give them a sound and they stop barking. I have used everything from bark collars ( which I hated) items ingested (some of which made them sick) and items put on their food. I have tried everything. I am now trying them on other behaviors that I am not pleased with and I do expect it to work just as well as it did on the barking. If you have any doubts about this product, please give it a try and see how FAST it works. Bring it in the car also or on walks. You don't need but 1or2 squirts and it gets their attention. Most humane item yet GREAT

I bought a small can at the KC PetExPo just to try it. I have three, a chi, minpin mix and a mutt that I rescued. If the door bell rings they throw a fit. When in the yard and see someone they bark. You name it they bark. Just one hit of the product and they shut up. Only after a week they are getting the message. They seldom bark at all. The two older ones have it figured out. The younger one will look back at the house and think about it awhile and all I have to do is step out with the can in my hand and she will not bark. In fact I will hiss myself and they get the message. It works well with my biter as well. He likes to sneak up on visitors and nip at them from behind. Just hit a shot and he backs off. In fact he's not even interested in biting now. He's a minpin so he's a little more determined. Great product does not harm mine or their ears. It just breaks their attention span so you can say NO and they understand.

I give these to my 49 and 30 lb dogs all the time. They simply love them.

I've had co-workers tell me the rawhide chews can result in surgery, and with these I know the small bits are digestable.

My dogs love them, and they seem to last much longer than other chews.

The only down side is when the chew gets really small, my big dog can swallow the remaining amount.

So I find it best to put into a kong toy to allow here to continue to gnaw on it without swallowing it.

If she does swallow it, it will make her ill, she ralphs, and feels fine again. Not a huge danger, but

watch out for that.

I will continue to order these, really saves 5the other stuff in the house from getting chewed up, and

the dogs love them.

My dog can't have rawhides and is allergic to a lot of food ingredients. This is the perfect chew for him! All natural and keeps him busy (he's an 80 lb monster am staf!) I thought he didn't like it at first... but after a bit of licking and softening at it...you can't take it away from him! This is my go to when frozen raw bones are not an option.

I can't believe how great these are. They last a really long time, so my dogs can't be getting much off of it, but they absolutely love these chewies. Also, my dogs don't seem to want to swallow these. They'll swallow any other chewie once it gets small, but not these, so I don't have to watch them as closely or worry.

These are great! I give these chewies when I want the dogs to calm down and relax for a while, great for after dinner or while I'm doing some work.

I ordered this treat for my doberrman and with in a few mins he had broke off large pieces of the treat was afraid he would not digest it properly! Also it does not say where product is made only packaged in USA. A+++ to Amazon for refund on this pricey treat!!

classy looking on my grey-brindle cain corso, doesn't pinch. My dog pulls very hard sometimes, weighing in at 115 pounds this can be very hard on a collar no problems with this one.

Be warned this is a huge think heavy chain. I ordered the 20" 4mm one which is really still too short for my German Shepherd (I had a 22' chain before) But the chain links are so big and heavy that you need a 150 lb Rottweiler to use this chain. Waste of money.

I initially ordered this one size smaller and the quality was great. Reordered 1 size larger and a total of 5 of this type in different sizes and colors. Paint quality was not great. On 3 of them the paint must not have dried before they put it in the plastic hangers, as those three had very sharp paint edges sticking up. The colors are all beautiful (I ordered electric blue, candy apple red, bubble gum pink, purple, and lime green.) What a shame there isn't better quality control on this product. Incidently, as the length goes up; the the links are larger and much heavier. The 20 inch collar I bought is actually quite heavy a little too heavy, I think, for the gentler breeds.

I love Star Wars and my dog so naturally this leash was a match for me. However since my dog is a young puppy with sharp teeth this leash is already nearing the end of its life span. I am not saying that this is not a quality product, because really it is a well-made and sturdy leash, however I would suggest to people purchasing for a young puppy that perhaps it is best to purchase a less expensive leash to begin with so if it gets ripped up it won't be such a bummer. Overall awesome leash and will buy again when my pup gets a bit more relaxed with his chompers!
