I have a 60 lb American staffordshire pit mix that I could not walk to safe my life. But when I put the easy walk harness on him, 1. It was easy to get on and 2. He didn't pull me at all! With the leash hook being in the front it makes him walk right beside me instead of way in front pulling me. Walking is a breeze now! I highly recommend it.

This harness is great. I have two small dogs that like to try and ate the lead on walks. This harness prevents them from doing that and since the clasp is in the front there is no strain on their tiny necks and backs.

I graduated my dog from the head harness to this one that connects at the chest. I was worried about her going back to her old pulling ways, but she has taken to it nicely and walks as well with this as she did with the harness that went over her nose. They offer great colors and it's easy to put on and take off.

Midwest Pet Gate, 53-Inch to 96-Inch w by 24-Inch Tall

I needed a gate that would block my 10lb yorkie and 4lb bichon frise from going to the carpeted areas of the house while we are away, just in case (moved to a new house with new carpet and didn't want to take any chances!). I needed a gate that would fit a 7ft opening. I was quite surprised when I came across this item after looking at several other gates. This is the only one I found that didn't need an extra 'extention' piece purchased. This gate was 1/3 the cost of all other gates as well. I figured I'd give it a try!

Pros certainly serves its purpose, GREAT value, easy to assemble, and not bad looking. It's a simple design, no thrills or frills; but isn't an eye-sore either! (I thought about painting or staining in the future!). Gate is easy to de-latch and put away when not needed.

Cons assembles with eye hooks that stick out from the wall about 1-2". I can see where this would be harmful if one were to brush up against if gate was down and put up. We haven't had any issues, but our doorway is large enough not to walk right next to the wall. This may be harmful for little ones that roam the house.

All in all, I wasn't expecting much for the price, and thought this would be a temporary thing until I could afford a better gate... however, I have concluded this is all I need and am very pleased... this exceeded all my expectations.

I wrote the help desk at amazon because this item was supposed to reach 96 inches. with the panel fully open it was maybe the 53 inches. Amazon wrote back they had no info to give me, contact the manufacturer. Ok, sure, I will contact the manufacturer BUT as I was searching to find a way to "contact seller", I looked closer at the picture and it is showing 2 of the panels. I only got one in the box. I like the product, just feel shorted by amazon not being there to help me out here.

We have a 2-year-old daughter and a 75lb. Basset Hound who likes to eat toys :-) We purchased this gate for the large opening from the dining room to her playroom to keep the baby in and the dog(s) out. It works wonderfully! It is extremely easy to install and we can move it with one click if we need it out of the way. Our dogs don't even try to enter when the gate is in the closed position, and our little one can easily open and close the gate when it is not latched. We have also installed four eyescrews in another location and are able to move the gate to use in another room when needed. One gate multiple uses. A fantastic buy for the price! As we have had the other metal gates before(much more expensive, more difficult to install, and very heavy), we are hooked on this one! I would definitely recommend this gate for so many reasons!

I use it as a baby gate. It works perfectly. And, unlike some other gates, my daughter hasn't figured out how to open it. I put it in a section of the house that had an 8 foot opening from living room to kitchen. My life saver. Thank you!

I really wish that the seller would have posted the width between each slat. I was a little concerned about getting this gate because we are using it for our tiny 2 pound morkie puppy. After getting it all installed, she found out that she could squeeze through the slats, making the gate useless. We went to the store and bought some fabric to weave through the slats to prevent her from escaping but it's still not perfect. If I had to do it over, I would have purchased another gate.

So, fair warning if you have a tiny puppy. They can and will escape through the slats!

Hear Doggy Dog Toy

When I received this toy I was shocked at how large it is. It's a big, round ball of a toy. My dog is a standard poodle tall, but not large. I thought it would be too big a toy for her, but not at all. She LOVES it.

The squeaker sounds like the noise when you squeeze an empty turkey baster or something. Slight squeal of air. Dog goes nuts over it, though. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the squeaker is small compared to the size of the toy and the dog gets frustrated at not being able to find the squeaker. The squeaker moves around inside the toy, and after several minutes with no success in finding it the dog will drop the toy and grab one that is easier for her to squeak (meaning one I can hear not cool).

This is also just a plush toy, so I don't think I'd recommend this for dogs that like to dissect their toys. This one would be a goner in 3 minutes. My dog almost never dissects or chews her toys (she has plush toys over a year old still in good condition), but she goes so crazy trying to squeak the thing that I don't know how long this one is going to last.

It's a good size for me to throw, it's usable in the house as it's soft and light, and I don't mind throwing it for her while I'm watching TV because I can't hear it. So all in all this one's a winner.

My dog really loves this, I love it because you can not hear the thing squeak. You only hear a pffft pfft. Noise.

My friend gave this to my dog and it's his favorite toy. but after a year of playing with it, I needed another one. So this purchase was for a back up. He loves the shape of it and will play with it inside and outside. And it took a while before it started ripping, so it's a well made toy.

This is a great idea for a toy. It only makes a little sound, like if you were to blow out a single candle, but it satisfies our dog's passion to make toys squeak. We were going crazy with all of the squeaking our dog was making but this is now his favorite toy and he hasn't touched any of the others.

This toy is very rugged as well, he's able to destroy other toys easily but hasn't damaged this one at all.

I'm now shopping for other toys from this manufacturer.

My 15lb dog gets the corrective shock about 50% of the times she barks. It does keep her from continuing to bark, but sometimes she'll bark and the collar doesn't respond. Also, sometimes the collar will go off randomly if she jumps or moves around a certain way, so it's probably very confusing for the dog. I purchased it for $10I wouldn't spend any more than that on this product.

I like these collars, they do stop the barking. I think they are too sensitive though. When my dogs shake after having it put on or getting wet in the rain, it beeps like crazy, which makes them shake more, leading to more beeping and shocking. When they roll over in their kennel, if this scrapes against the plastic kennel floor it starts to beep. What I bought it for, it does not stop, and that is the whining and crying. It doesn't seem to pick up on that. So while it is great to have on the dogs when they are outside and tend to bark, it doesn't help me to sleep in by stopping their crying.

I was really surprised that the bells actually worked on my 3 1/2 month springer spaniel. We hung the bells on the door knob and rang them every time we took her out to do her duty. She got the hang of it after only 2 days and would gently nudge them to go out. Now at 4 1/2 months, she grabs them by her mouth and really shakes them until somebody lets her out.

I saw this online and thought, hey, why not try it. My four month old golden doodle learned it in one day! I thought maybe he'd ring it just to go play outside. He did that only once. It's really amazing! Tonight I took him out to pee before bed as usual. A half hour later, he rings the bell. I'm thinking "ugh, good grief". But you have to follow through or they learn it means nothing. I take him out and he pooped right away. I thought I knew his routine, but he knows what the bells mean. I'm glad I took him out! It was so easy to teach him to ring the bells. I'm no longer afraid that he'll have an accident in the house. Now he can communicate without barking at the door or sniffing in a corner(not a good sign). I recommend this!

These bells are very nice looking. Unfortunately, my dog just doesn't seem to get it. He will ring the bell when I ask, but he doesn't do it on his own. I do like the bells though and hope one day he will get them.

I'd say this is a good purchase, simply because I didn't want to have to make this myself.

I have a very smart yorkie. He is not typical: He is rambunctious, scrappy, and very much a "boy" dog. If he could roll around in garbage and bark at squirrels all day, he would be happy. I had Chunk trained to the point at which he knew that ringing the bells meant I would let him outside, but he didn't quite get the whole, "ring the bells when I have to go potty" part of it. That meant that when my husband went outside to do yard work and Chunk wanted to be with him, he would ring the bells, I would let him out, and he would not potty. I would let him inside, then he would crap on the floor. The product is great in theory, but I advise others to make sure to complete potty training before introducing the bells, because it may confuse the dog as it did Chunk. Perhaps he is just too smart for his own good.

Nurtured Pets Anti-Lick Strip

I have a dog with some skin problems, and when problem spots appear, if she can reach them, she makes them worse by licking them. I use the strips to cover up these spots so she can't get to them. Since the strips are so expensive, I often cut them to make a custom patch for the area I need to cover, and save the rest of the strip to use later. One thing that's kind of annoying is that they really stick strongly, they don't come off on their own eventually, so if you get the strip stuck on there properly, your dog will be wearing it until their next haircut (they don't even come off after a bath).

This product works well! It stopped.my dog from licking a sebaceous cyst on her leg. i first wrapped vet tape then applied the strip. I would like it better if it was available in a roll and the user could cut off and use just the length needed.

I didn't know about these collars until I recently adopted a young Boxer who had not been properly leash broken. She was sent home with me wearing one and I had every intention of switching to a metal choke chain. Because it is made of one inch wide material, it is more gentle but just as effective as a metal choke chain. It may not have the snap sound a metal chain produces but I'll trade snap for gentle any day. It's a perfect training collar for leash breaking and when combined with Premier's Proleash, it eliminates the need to wrap the lead around your hand to shorten up for training. (No more aching hands when your dog acts up.)I showed dogs for many years and I wish this collar had been around then. If you own a dog who constantly pulls on their collar and drags you about when you go for a walk, buy this collar. I highly recommend it and as a thank you, I'm sending three new ones to the rescue shelter where I adopted my new dog.

If you have a greyhound and don't want a fancy custom Martingale collar then this is the collar for you. I have used these collars for many years and I wish the dogs lasted as long as the collars!

They are easy to wash (just hand wash them with a bristle brush and some soap), and once you fit them they will stay the same size forever, without slipping.

I would definitely recommend the 1" over the 3/4" even for small females because it is much sturdier and much less likely to slip off skinny heads.

My dog trainer suggested we try a Martingale so I ordered this one on Amazon. When it arrived (a little late), I had a difficult time adjusting the collar to fit properly on my dog (a slender Border Collie). For some reason, I hadn't noticed that there was no clasp/buckle for taking the collar on and off. When sized to fit my dog's neck, it was difficult to put the collar on over her head. Yet, it is ineffective to use this kind of collar if it is too large. I tried adjusting the collar while my dog was wearing it, but I just didn't want to go through that hassle every time I use it (since I was not planning to leave it on all the time.) Instead, I purchased a similar collar that did have a clasp. Works much better for us!

This is a great collar and a useful tool for teaching a dog to walk on a leash. However, please DO NOT leave this on your dog in the house or playing. Our dog died last week because she asphyxiated. My two dogs were playing and it got wrapped around one dog's lower jaw and we could not get it off in time. I want to save others from this tragedy.

This is fine, but it would be great if it had a quick release buckle. I understand they want to keep the inside of the collar smooth for a gentle correction, but I think replacing the metal adjuster with an adjustable quick release would make this more usable. As it is, we don't use it as often as we'd like because getting it on the dog and then adjusting it each time is a hassle.
