I have used these treats for my dog for the last 6 years. It seems they have changed their formula (probably to save money) and I am not really happy with these too-crumbly treats. I don't get the same response from my dog, who is very food motivated, and they make a mess in my pocket when I carry along on our hikes. I think I will try something new.

The collar is easy to see at night and the flashing lights are terrific. Beware though if you have a dog with alot of fur it becomes obscured very quickly. I can't see it on my black lab/retriever once she turns her head. Also, if you have another collar on and the dog shakes their head the lights can be deactivated. The actual collar close is very tight and tough on smaller hands or weaker hands but the light mechanism is very sensitive and turns off way too easily.

I like the idea of a collar that lights up... but the battery life is short and the batteries are not the cheap ones. Be prepared to replace the batteries about once a week $5 a pop. But they to light up nicely with fresh batteries and make the dog much more visable

I have an 80lb dog that usually walks right by my side. Sometimesshe pulls so i thought I would try the leash as i have a rotor cuff tear. The leash was so heavy it was uncomfortable holding the excess in my hand. There was NO give in the leash as there were 4 bungee strapfs braided together. The leash is way too long. I have had a problem with my German shepherd pulling and the leash gives her more room and it stretches to allow her to reAch. It does snap her back but not til she's at a good length. I think I needed to get a shorter leash but the weight description said I needed the one I ordered.

My husband wanted a leash that is more substantial and not flat so that he can have a better grip. We had a nylon leash that worked for the most part, but both he and I got "leash burn" on our hands trying to hold on to the flat and thin leash. We considered leashes made of ropes, but this was a better option since elastic absorbs shocks. We contacted the seller and custom ordered the color (pink and purple), and the leash arrived quick. This was a bit pricey, but it's really the best leash available. Our 50 lb puppy is a puller, so we ordered the heavy-duty one, and combined with a gentle leader, she walks great. I've used a lot of brands of wee wee pads, and this is my favorite brand. I recently tried Nature's Miracle because I couldn't get Simple Solutions at my local Petco. I placed the pad on the garage floor which is slightly sloped, my dog used it right in the middle just as she's supposed to. The urine flowed right off the pad and streamed down the floor (no, the pad was not upside down).

I've never had this problem with Simple Solutions. The pads absorb, my dog can use them more than once, and they don't leak. They also seem to contain odor better than some other pads.

I'd have given it 5 stars, but I have one gripe. They changed the design of the pad a couple years ago, and since then, the urine spreads out more rather than being isolated to a small area. This means fewer uses per pad as my dog does not like to "go" in the same place twice. I'm not sure why they did this, because the pad was very absorbent before. It's still equally absorbent, I just have a picky dog. :-)

However, I have not had good results with SimpleSolution's recycled product. If the pad is on a slope, that one doesn't absorb right either. Also, when I unfold it, bits of dust fly everywhere. So I recommend going with this particular product the normal white puppy training pads.

These absorb alot better than the four paws brand. The four paws brand tends to leak and these have never leaked once. Worth the extra $1 and change for a higher quality puppy pads. My puppy only took a few minutes to recogize this is where he pees/poops. My puppy now prefers to do his business outside(and me, too) but because I am gone all day, i leave one out in case he can't hold it till I get home so there is no accidents on my wood floors.

One of these days I will hopefully find a harness that my dog won't figure out how to back herself out of! I think I finally found one here! I like the material and it's easy to adjust. However, I've read several other reviews from people and they all say that these are sized small, well they weren't kidding! I have a 22lb miniature schnauzer who normally wears medium everything. I ordered a large and it's just a tad too snug around her body to where the buckle is rubbing against her leg. I would give 5 stars except I'm not happy about having to exchange for a larger size and now the shipping charges are going to end up more than the product itself!

I absolutely love this harness. I have tried many different harnesses for my 2 year old, 12 lb Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie mix) and they were all either too big or too small, not to mention that they all applied pressure on her neck and made her choke while she pulled on the leash. One harness I tried did relieve some pressure on the throat but took a masters degree in physics and contourtionism to get on my dog. This Gooby Harness is easy to put on...just slip over neck, right foot into harness, pull strap under and buckle. After the first few times you're a pro.

When I first opened the package I thought, "No way, this is too big to fit her!" But if fit her perfectly. The neck was a lot bigger than other harnesses I had but when I put it on her I realized that this harness sits much farther down on the neck (which is great for alleviating pressure on the dog's throat) and it actually fit her very well.

I am very impressed with the quality of the straps, they are as soft as suede. The hardware is all top quality black chrome, except the buckle which is plastic (this is not a negative...it functions fine and weighs less than a metal buckle would). And finally the mesh really allows this to breath as there is no "backing" sewed into the mesh like some other brands.

The most important measurement is the chest, and it is adjustable on the harness.

The neck can be an inch big or so and it should still fit...it will just fit lower on dog's neck.

My dog is 12 lbs, 16" chest, 10" neck and I got a medium.

It is a pleasure to walk her with this new harness. The leash now attaches in the middle of her back and gives me more control over her, without excessive choking that I got from other harnesses. The most important feature of this harness is where the D ring is sewn in (which connects to your leash). The D ring is BEHIND the two chest straps which allows any pressure from pulling to be distributed to the two chest straps and the one neck strap. That simple little thing is what creates less pressure on the dogs throat, and diverts most of it to the chest. I also like that is doesn't interfere with her existing collar and tags since it sits below them on her neck. I only use this when walking her, although it seems comfortable enough for her to wear for longer periods.

I only paid $19.97 shipped for this and it is worth every penny.

Herm Sprenger Pinch Collar, 12-Inch, 2-1/4-Mm

I bought this collar for my 50lb pit mix, I had to add a link to lengthen it but the small size is way more effective than the larger ones and it stays in the right place just behind her ears. This is the only collar which keeps her from pulling my arm out of the socket, I never have to use corrections, it just uses her natural weight and instincts to correct herself. I actually now walk her off leash even on the street and she will stay at a heel by my side because I was finally able to teach her the boundaries on walks. I would highly recommend the small size even for large breeds because with more smaller links it is more effective and makes your dog look less intimidating to others.

There are people who give these collars a bad rap but when used correctly they can actually be much more humane and natural than a head halter which often rubs a dog's face raw and makes them feel trapped. This collar appears to sum like spikes pointed into a dog's neck but really they are at an angle and just apply pressure when your dog pulls. They should fit snug behind the ears where it will not be pressing on the throat at all. It should not dangle or slide around at all which could be dangerous if it were caught on something. And I would never leave it on my dog while she is off leash either.

One more thing, Herm Sprenger is the leading brand for prong collars. Don't bother buying slightly cheaper ones. They will fall apart and the metal ends are blunt and not rounded like this collar. Also, the quick release style has come undone on me before so it is best to get this type which is only a tiny bit of extra effort to get on and off, it is especially easy in the small size. It also has a gap in the center and the links on either size point up which a nice new style addition.

Once you go Herm Sprenger, you'll never go back!

A prong collar is (generally speaking) the safest and most effective training collar available; far superior to slip collar (choke chains) or head halters (such as the Gentle Leader).

Not only that, but Herm Sprenger collars are by FAR the best brand of prong collar on the market. They are carefully crafted, and unlike the cheaper brands, do not bend or become warped with time. I bought this collar for my Rottweiler puppy, and it's great. She's stubborn and extremely strong, so it's a must. When I use the collar, I have total control. The fact that it's fairly easy to adjust by adding or subtracting links is a definite plus when the collar is used on a rapidly growing puppy.

My only complaint was with the delivery. I live in Costa Rica, and the product was shipped via DHL who doesn't deliver to post office boxes. There was much confusion as DHL wouldn't deliver to my home address either as it's a rural address. Furthermore, Costa Rica DOES NOT have addresses. The collar was finally delivered to a local restaurant where I was able to pick it up. The shipping charges were high and that service was poor. Amazon had no edit on the post office box address either, so I had no idea. Prior shipments from Amazon always came to my PO box, except, of course, when they were lost in the mail. DHL may be a good solution to that problem, but they need to establish a central drop if they don't offer home delivery, or establish an arrangement with the post office.

I have Standard Poodles which normally are NOT pullers. However, I have had two who have been. NEVER will I use a chain link CHOKE collar on any dog. This pinch, used properly, MADE CORRECTLY (like the Herm Sprenger), works well with gentle corrections. Under $20 and I used it a totally of 3 training weeks with the new trainee. All done with it and his understands not to pull.

Please use any training collar with respect. Use it on your arm first. Understand the pressure. Use it correctly, high on the neck, with gentle corrections. Remember, they are corrections in training!!!!!!!!! Gentle, gentle, gentle with treats and love and fun.

Also, use a good, quality product. Not cheap junk. There is a difference.

From the first moment I put this collar on my dog he walked very nicely, unlike his usual lunging and yanking. After our third walk I removed one link from the collar and I feel it fits better, but with or without the link, his walk behavior is very different than before the collar.

The pinch parts are nicely rounded and do not irritate the skin, or dig in, or make any marks on his skin. He doesn't mind having the collar put on him because he knows the collar means he'll go outside. It's a great training device, and a wonderful device to use for dogs who lunge and pull on lead.

It may sound crazy but from time to time I do taste what I feed my dogs especially when they are made with all natural ingredients.(no I don't taste test can food or their normal dry food) You can actually taste the blueberries. I've always liked the Zukes offerings and so do my pooches. When I noticed they made a product called turkey 'n taterz, I had to buy it so my girls could try it. Evie the bichon loved them right away and gobbled several of the flat-bottomed, oval treats in short order. Ever the fussy one, Piper the shih tzu had to be cajoled and had to see if Evie liked them. **Well, I'm amending my review... in the negative. 10 more dogs found it completely unappetizing. Some wouldn't even pay attention to me when I held it out. The few who tried seemed to spit it out in confusion, like, "Why does a cookie taste bad? I don't understand this." Have to return. Wholly disappointing.

As a behaviorist at a local shelter, I need lots of different types of treats to keep dogs' attention. I trust Zuke's to make non-reactive yet enticing doggie snacks and had success with their moist "mini naturals", so I thought I'd give this a shot. I bought the Blueberry flavor. So far, 5 dogs have informed me in varying ways that they couldn't give less of a flip that these are edible. I've had them spat on the ground or flat-out ignored. I have no idea where Zuke's went so wrong with this treat, but 5 otherwise treat-motivated pups give it two paws down.

Risking disgusted stares, I will venture this information; I occasionally taste a crumb of a dog treat. These were entirely bland and tasteless, and frankly reminded me of the insides of a vitamin pill. No hint of blueberry or peanut butter... and downright sandy. They may be starting to sell old stock from the back of the warehouse, as others had good experiences earlier with this treat. I can't explain this shelter's unanimous population down-vote any other way.

We bought this for our dogs to stay in our large back yard without a fence. They are older dogs, and were starting to wander into the neighbours' yard. The product worked okay, but must really be followed exactly. WE have about an acre of land, and it is a complete pain in the ass to bury the wire. You have to dig up a small trench all around the area you'd like to set up as the boundary. Then, you end the wire at a power source. We ran ours in through a basement window. We tried to take a short cut with the training aspects by leaving the flags up and hoping the dogs got the idea that if you get close enough to the flags, you get zapped. They didnt. My one poor dog thought the grass was getting him. He peed off the deck for a week! We ended up waiting a while so things could go back to normal, and then we'd train them properly. My boyfriend ended up hitting the window wire accidently with the weed whacker, and we never got around to digging up the wire to splice it and repair it.

The actual product worked well and gives all the information one needs to set up their yard and dogs properly. It just takes a lot of work, and we were obviously too lazy.

We have two 20 pound dogs on an acre of very wooded land. I ran the perimeter wire around the whole lot and just laid it on the ground and used landscape staples to hold it in place. They loved to roam the neighborhood, but we didn't want a physical fence, so reluctantly I ordered this after reading reviews and talking to a friend who has it. I didn't want them to get zapped, but I also knew it wasn't safe for them to be running around the neighborhood and I wanted them to be able to enjoy the whole yard.

The other thing I don't like, is there's a boundary "zone". Keep that in mind when setting up the system. The zone is about 4-12 feet wide depending on the setting, so you can really lose some space that they are able to explore, especially on the sides of the house or if you have a partial fence you have to attach the wire to.

For two weeks, I trained them on the perimeter using the flags, etc. One of them was good, the other one (the "dumb one", lol) didn't seem to be getting it. I decided they were ready to learn the hard way. The smart one got zapped 3xone in each of the escape areas. The dumb one got zapped probably 10 times. He knows all the boundary areas now, but it took a while. I felt so bad for him. After I knew they were trained, I no longer put the collars on themwe've had it for 6 months and they only wore the collars the first month. I've had the smart one break out once, but the dumb one won't go near the boundaries. When either of them get zapped, they scream and jump, so I KNOW it hurts, and I don't like it.

All in all, it does work. But I wish I had purchased a system that had a vibration only setting instead of a shock. I have since purhased a remote control system for them because they were harrassing some wildlife, and it has a vibration setting and it is just as effective but without the screaming or pain. I know there are systems out there that have the vibrate, so if you have small or sensitive dogs, I would suggest you go for that instead.

We bought this fence for our black lab and installed it ourselves when she was about 9 months old. We have a half acre total but just fenced the back yard. It was easy to install ourselves. She learned very quickly (she's smart) so training was easy. It was well worth the money. We got estimates on a chain link fence and I think this was the way to go. The collar hardly ever needs to be charged and gives you plenty of warning by beeping orange instead of green. Yes, she has run through the fence. But I think every time it was my fault. I'm too nice sometimes and don't make the collar tight enough. Sometimes she gets a little shaggy and I have to trim her fur where the collar makes contact. If I fix those problems it works well and she will stay in the yard no matter what's in the woods behind our house...deer, cat, skunk...

One thing I would've done differently is put the control box somewhere else out of sight. Right now it's in the front foyer, I wish I had put it in the den off to the side of the front door. It is a bit of an eyesore.

It took a few months but our two chihuahuas are getting the hang of it. We rang it everytime we went outside and once they stopped being scared of it and ringing it themselves we quickly praise them, and take them out (even though most of the time they didn't have to use the bathroom). I think they were just getting a kick out of making us take them outside. However, now that the novelty has worn off 3/4 of the time they ring it it's to use the bathroom and that beats them using the potty pad in the bathroom.

These were perfect for my dog. I have them hanging on the back door and it only took a few tries for my dog to start using them when he wants to go out. I would recommend for any dog owner!
