Heavy Weight Tie-Out Cable for Large Dogs over 50lbs

Heavy Weight Tie Out Cable Size: 30 FeetI bought this in a hurry when one of my previous tie-out cables broke, figuring that so long as it was the right length and supported my dog's weight it would be fine. I was sorely disappointed, literally. My wife and I have both managed to get dozens of paper-cut like incisions on our thumbs from the sharp, unfinished edges on the clasp release. The only reason it gets two stars instead of one is that it does at least hold my 70+ lb husky as advertised. I'll be replacing this ASAP and will not be purchasing this again.

I have a 45lbs rambunctious Basset Hound. She's always chasing birds and some brown cat that loves to tease her. She hasnt been able to snap the cord even though I hook her to her harness (where she has more support to tug harder) rather than her neck collar.

The tie-out cable is very good quality as are the clips I expect it will last for a long time. I received the product quickly. Price was great!

Kyjen Doggie Obstacle Course

Kyjen Doggie Obstacle CourseI'll admit that I felt compelled to buy this product after an over-enthusiastic viewing of the America's greatest dog show. This is a good, inexpensive activity if you want to work with your dog on extremely simplistic skills (going through a tunnel, jumping over a bar). The materials are a bit flimsy, so I would only really recommend the activity set for smaller, lighter weight dogs. My golden retriever was not a great fit. However, I would still consider this a good value for small to medium dogs who you have a decent amount of space to work with. Have some fun, maybe teach the dog something.

This kit is very basic and cheap! The best thing about my purchase was I got an extra jump-which is fine with me because everything is so flimsy-so I will have a back up if something breaks.

I didn't know I would be staking down everything! I thought it would be free standing-so that was a disappointment.

I don't have alot of room to store stuff at the moment so this worked great-I think the bars a little thin for my do to see them. He's having trouble with the jumps. He does flyball mind you-and is far from stupid!

What I learned is that my dog will enjoy agility-I got him to do the weaves almost perfect in 2 days! So I know I won't be wasting my money when I sign up for agility next month. I have a friend in flyball who is selling her agility equipment so I will buy some things off her.

I know the items I will keep in this kit are the tunnel and the jumps. Can't use the pause box because you have to stake it they couldn't even do a pop out one like how the tunnel pops? The weave poles wouldn't stand completely straight either so those I throw away too-might save them and make jumps out of them.

Buy Kyjen Doggie Obstacle Course Now

It is OK. the plastic poles were a bit flimsy. The tunnel was ok , we had a better one we got before. the price was OK. It comes packaged clear so if its a surprise don't let it be delivered where its going you can see everything in the package through the package.

Bungee Pupee 6-Feet X-Large Leash, Teal/Blue

Bungee Pupee 6-Feet X-Large Leash, Teal/BlueI don't think it helped absorb the shock of pulling so much with my dog. However, I also think if you are getting this for a dog that is a strong puller you need to go with the shorter leash. I love the quality and durability of this leash!

Kakadu Pet Empire Extendible Nylon Dog Lead, Large, 1" x 4-6ft, Marine (Blue)

Kakadu Pet Empire Extendible Nylon Dog Lead, Large, 1' x 4-6ft, MarineI purchased this leash for my bulldog. The handle is padded and very comfortable to walk my dogs. I love how you can shorten and lengthen the leash from 4'-6'. Once I came across this leash I knew I had to try it out and it has exceeded my expectations for a leash. I worked at a dog kennel for over 6 years so I have used many leashes with many different types of dogs, dogs who pull, old, young etc and this one is the most comfortable. Other leashes I have used have cut into my hand or just awkward to hold especially when I have more than 2 dogs to take on a walk. This leash is also very durable and will last for a long time. The price is also very reasonable as far as if you are on a budget, dependable product and usability. I will purchase this leash every time I need one and I will highly recommend these leashes to all my dog owner friends.

I have a 20 lb pug who is a big meat ball but loves to tug. I bought this size by mistake, but must of happened for a reason because my pug actually tame with this leash. Im think of buying another one for my other pug, which still currently uses a small leash. great feel, look and i love that the handle is cushioned.

Buy Kakadu Pet Empire Extendible Nylon Dog Lead, Large, 1" x 4-6ft, Marine (Blue) Now

This leash uses a plastic clip to make the length adjustable. If the clip were made of metal, it would be a good product, but the plastic is not strong enough for the load of a dog pulling on a leash. I bought one and it broke and I figured it was just bad luck so I bought another one, which also broke. Both were the because of the plastic clip. I contacted Kakadu, the manufacturer, and they didn't even get back to me. Save yourself some money and frustration and DO NOT buy this shoddy product from an unresponsive company.

Dogtek NoBark Sonic Bark Control Dog Collar

Dogtek NoBark Sonic Bark Control Dog CollarOur last training collar which was from dogtra and $250 was stolen, so it was a good time to search for much lighter one.

we didnt want the shock part, so we specifically looked for one with only vibration mode.

he used to just sit around when he wore dogtra one (which is a great product for training), but with this collar, he does not seem to mind running around. i guess dogtra one was hurting him when he ran.

we use the least sensitive setting and is good enough to stop him from barking aggressively towards big dogs. he barks once and turns around to come back. well, he hates big dogs, so he barks at them and sometimes even nips at their butt. He is only 12lb!

He had an extensive training by a trainer using dogtra before, so he knows what to do when his collar vibrates, but i would think even without a training it can startle your dog enough, so he/she stops barking.

he jumped into a huge puddle which was deeper than he thought... the collar got wet and it no longer works. it says water resistant, but not sure how much. being in the water for a few seconds killed it. so i am buying another one.

over all, it works and i recommend it.

By reading info on internet about this collar it seems that it is recommended for little dogs. However I think that they just probably say that because the collar is fairly small compare to other models. I decided to give it a try anyway on my 50lb dog. It actually worked like magic! The combination of the beep sound and vibration was enough to get her attention and made the barking stop.

Buy Dogtek NoBark Sonic Bark Control Dog Collar Now

I have a small 10lb dog who would not stop barking. I had tried everything to get him stop and nothing would work. I found this collar online from Dogtek and decided to try it as a last resort. I was amazed at how well this collar worked on him. I finally have peace and quiet in my house! Thanks to Dogtek for making such an amazing product. I recommend this collar to anyone who wants peace and quiet from their barking dog.

Read Best Reviews of Dogtek NoBark Sonic Bark Control Dog Collar Here

I had this collar for a few days now and after testing it on my dog I have to say that IT IS EFFECTIVE.

I read all the reviews and most of the negative reviews were from people complaining that the collar is too sensitive, I had the same problem at first but it was easily corrected by simply following the instructions in the user manual, here is a copy and past of the manual:

ADJUSTING the bark detection sensitivity

Adjusting the bark detection sensitivity is a very important preliminary operation.

Adjusting it correctly ensures detection of the barking but helps avoid unnecessary

detection.

The detection, must therefore be sufficiently sensitive but not overly sensitive. In factory,

barking detection sensitivity is set on the maximum position (maximum sensitivity).

To adapt the detection sensitivity to the barking strength of your dog, you should proceed as

follows:

Remove the 2 screws from the battery cover with a screwdriver.

Remove the battery cover.

Carefully turn the setting screw according to the sensitivity you wish (See. Diagram 5)

Caution: the adjustment system has a stop for the minimum sensitivity and a stop

for the maximum

I could not wait for this collar to arrive. I thought it was going to be the answer to my little dogs barking. I have a 6lb papillon that is a very sensitive dog. I was sure the pulse collar would be enough to get his attention and stop the barking. I knew the collar was only going to vibrate like a cell phone and thought it would be perfect for him. Like I said above he is a very sensitive dog.

The first time the collar went off he stopped barking and looked a bit confused. That was the one and only time it affected his barking. He seemed to be used to the vibration after one correction. I would say he had the collar on for about 2 hours or so and than it stopped working all together. I sent the collar back.

Replacement Transmitter Model: SD-1825

Replacement Transmitter Model: SD-1825I have had this system for my German-short haired point and a rescue dog that we have over two years. We tried electronic fences, leashes wireless fences. Nothing works as well as this system they can run on our three acre lot and used along with voice command you have total control. I hardly ever use the electronic correction a simple beeb from the collar, once they get it, and they are right back where you want them.

I am a little disappointed that the controller only lasted a couple of years, but it does take some serious abuse and is worth every penny for the results.

I will say that ordering the controller is a little confusing because they do have so many models, so keep your model number where you can find it. Don't worry if you lose your owners manual though, they have down loads available on line.

all and all a great trianing aid

In March this year we adopted a 3 year old German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP) from the local humane society. The dog had been a stray, so we didn't know anything of his background. He also had heartworm, and so had to be on restricted exercise for a few months while he received treatment for that. Having a high energy dog on restricted exercise is somewhat of a nightmare combination. He basically needed 2 hours of on-leash walking a day to get enough exercise for him to settle down. He's a wonderful dog when he has enough exercise, but can be a handful when he has too much energy. We called him the 50lb tow, as he pulled us up and down hills from start to finish. We tried different collars and harnesses, and while the easy walker harness did work, it also rubbed his skin raw over the course of a walk. Because he wasn't allowed to get out of breath, we had to take a hard line with the leash pulling. So, for 2 hours every day we were constantly fighting the dog, trying to maintain our calm and assertive exterior... which was difficult given that we live in an area full of deer, turkeys, squirrels and all manner of other things that GSPs just love to chase and get excited about.

During this period we also got an e-fence for our yard. We have a couple of acres around the house for him to explore, and he responded very well to the training for this system (which gives a tone warning one yard out, and then an adjustable shock if they cross the boundary). To this date, he has only crossed the boundary once, and that was the first day of training. Since then, he has been 100% perfect with not leaving his area. He will chase deer to the boundary line, and then pull up. The same with squirrels. Even the rabbits have now learned to stay the other side of the invisible fence (which causes the dog great distress).

Also, during this period, it became clear that I couldn't keep walking him for 2 hours before work every morning. Also, I found it difficult to keep calm after an hour or more of constant corrections and time outs. It became obvious that we need to at least try letting him run off the leash. But, while we knew that he was generally a good dog, it is quite difficult to get his attention when he's in mid flight. We worked hard in training and he would come when called about 60% of the time.

I was somewhat reluctant to try the collar out. I wasn't overly comfortable with the idea of giving a shock to my dog, and all the negative images that conjures up. However, given the success with the e-fence I decided that it was worth a shot. Also, we found this particular model on sale for much less than it's listed here, and it has a vibrate function.

I have to say, that since getting this handset our walks were transformed. He is off the leash now whenever he can be. To date we haven't had any issues at all. He love his walks, he has no hesitation in accepting the collar and both he and I seem to be enjoying the walks much more. After a few months the transmitter literally stays in my back pocket. 90% of the time he stays within my comfort range, if he goes too far then a quick call will bring him back almost all of the time. The only time I use the zapper now is for the infrequent times when he is being a little willful, or when he sees something that he just can't resist but a quick buzz with the vibrate, or a low level shock (level 3 of 26) will break that focus and get his attention back to you. I cannot recommend this product more highly... it has changed our life.

4in1 Dog Training Shock and Vibration Collar

4in1 Dog Training Shock and Vibration CollarI have a 1 year old yellow Lab and he would start crying a the break of daylight every morning about 5 am. He didnt want to go out he just wanted up. I used only the vibration on him from my bedroom and it only took 3 days before he learned to wait till 7 am. I have also used it to get his attention when he is misbehaving and it has made training so much easier. I have never used the shock part of the collar on him, only the vibration. Wish I would have gotten one a year ago.

This item works great. My dog is a new "man" and well behaved with the use of the collor. The only down side is the battery life in the collor unit. However, to reduce cost of use, I use rechargable batteries. The item arrived well pacaged and undamaged and was what was described it would be. Thank you for helping me with my ill mannered dog.

I bought this because it had the vibrations option since I didn't want to shock my dog. It worked while it worked. The dog would get surprised by the vibrations on her neck and that would give me a chance to get her attention but the whole thing is kind of flimsy and it eats batteries like crazy. I had to replace the batteries every 3 days and I wasn't even using it much. At times it would stop working so I had to take it apart to remove the batteries and after a couple of weeks I just gave up and let my dog do whatever she wanted to do.

Petmate AKC Padded Dog Halter

Petmate 3/4-Inch by 16-24-Inch Medium AKC Padded Dog Halter, BlueI won't rant and rave about the benefits and drawbacks of using a headcollar each dog is different and responds differently to various training tools, and I'm assuming that you've found this product based off your own research and recommendations from trainers and friends.

The hard part is deciding which headcollar type to use. In the past decade, I've used several different headcollars, including the Halti, the Gentle Leader, the Petmate AKC Headcollar, and the Holt. In my opinion, the Holt is the sturdiest, most comfortable, and most flexible headcollar of the whole bunch, and is a worthy successor to my previous favorite, the Halti.

The Company Of Animals Halti Head Halter Black Size Halti Head Halter Black Sz 0 Training & Behavioral Aids

The Halti was, previously, the best halter for a very simple reason: it had side-straps on either side of the dog's face that prevented the noseband from riding up a dog's face and digging into the dog's eyes. It also worked without cinching the dog's mouth shut, like the Gentle Leader. However, the noseband was not padded, and while I made my own homemade padding for the noseband, it was at least very wide to prevent the material from biting into the dog's skin (unlike the Gentle Leader). The Halti generally came only in black, though colors could be found online. The Halti, despite being designed to function loose (and allowing a dog the full use of its mouth), often made your dog look "vicious" by wearing a "muzzle", particularly in the black color. Prior to the holt, this was the most comfortable.

HALTI PROS: comfort, looseness, prevents noseband from riding up, safety buckle connects to collar

HALTI CONS: limited colors, no padded noseband, can not be cinched tight for short-nose breeds

Gentle Leader Head Collar, Size: Small, Color: Royal Blue

The Gentle Leader, however, was the choice for short-nosed breeds. The Halti suffered when a shorter-snouted dog pawed at the noseband to remove it. The Gentle Leader's design cinched the dog's mouth closed with a locking mechanism, allowing it to be used snugly on short-nosed breeds. For standard-shaped noses, the cinching could be kept more loose to allow for more comfort. It did not have the side straps like the Halti, so it could ride up into the dog's eyes. The noseband was narrow and not padded (unless you shell out extra $ for the premium version not found in stores), so it bit into the dog's skin at the top of the nose. However, it came in multiple colors which helped it look less like a muzzle.

GENTLE LEADER PROS: color choices, cinches tight for short-nose breeds, safety buckle connects to collar

GENTLE LEADER CONS: uncomfortable narrow non-padded noseband (note: premium GL has nose padding, but still narrow), can ride up into eyes

Petmate 3/4-Inch by 16-24-Inch Medium AKC Padded Dog Halter, Brown

New to the game was the Petmate AKC-branded headcollar. This came in many colors and was pre-fitted with a fleece padded noseband. The noseband color is always brown, and there are additional options for colors of the straps. This headcollar looked the least like a muzzle. However, the locking mechanism was not sturdy and would often slide, allowing dogs (even long-nosed breeds) to paw the noseband off their face. It also did not come with a safety strap to connect the headcollar to a dog's normal buckle collar (though one could be homemade very easily). It also buckles underneath the neck, rather than on the side of the face. The Petmate headcollar can also ride up into the eyes of your dog.

PETMATE AKC PROS: color choices, fleece padded noseband

PETMATE AKC CONS: loose & slide-able lock, no safety strap to connect to collar, rides up into eyes.

Coastal Holt Dog Walking Collar, Blue, Size 0

Now, onto the Holt. The Holt is identical to the Halti except for two key features: a "camlock" and a foam-padded noseband. The camlock is a very tight locking mechanism that does NOT budge when the dog paws at the noseband. It is a great tool to keep the headcollar ON your dog. For short-nosed breeds, the camlock can be set tight and will stay in place. It has the same great features of the halti to prevent the noseband from riding up into the eyes, and the safety strap to connect the headcollar to a buckle collar. In addition, the noseband is padded with black foam material, not fleece, and is extremely soft and comfortable. It is sewn on the underside of the headcollar, and does not interrupt the color (can not be seen while the dog is wearing the headcollar). The Holt comes in a variety of colors, including red, pink, and blue.

HOLT PROS: extremely comfortable, foam padded noseband, noseband doesn't ride up into eyes, camlock keeps noseband in place even with short-nosed breeds, multiple colors

HOLT CONS: ???

If you are considering a headcollar to train your dog, I highly recommend the Holt for all breeds. It is a worthy successor to the Halti and, thus far, I have found no drawbacks.

Please note that I have included customer photos showing the Halti and the Holt side-by-side in the "customer photo" section here:

Coastal Holt Dog Walking Collar, Blue, Size 0

I bought this item to try because my 150-pound Doberman boy constantly pulls me when I put a regular collar on him. With this item, he doesn't pull. I had tried another head halter from another store, however, it rubbed and chaffed him across the bridge of his nose. THIS halter DOES NOT DO THAT! It's a soft, fleece type material that doesn't bother him whatsoever. I baby and spoil my huge doberman boy, and he gets only the best. Well, this product IS the best. I give it 10-Stars and highly recommend it for it's quality and performance.

Our dog freaked out the first time we put it on her. She did not like the nose part at all and ran around the house in circles until she got it off of herself. The second time, I put it on her and ran her straight out the door, and didnt stop running until she stopped fighting the collar, which was about a minute, then, she could care less that it was on her. Normally on walks, she would act like a psycho dog and drag me down the street and would act nuts when people, cars, or other dogs went past. We have had several dogs in the past, but Tinkerbell is just hard headed and she would lose her mind the second she got out of the door. This collar improved her manners on walks 100%! The way it fits around the neck and muzzle makes it almost impossible for her to pull me, and when she would try and run towards other dogs and people, a gentle correction got her right back on track. Great product!!!

The item works but it requires constant attention to prevent harm to my dog. It tends to ride up to her eyes and I feel this is dangerous. It does work for keeping my dog in check but it is a fitting nightmare.

Want Petmate AKC Padded Dog Halter Discount?

despite the positive reviews, which is why I purchased this item, I had to return it. I properly hooked the collar around her neck, looped the nose portion up over her nose & tightened it, then attached the leash to the ring provided. Once we set off on the walk I notice she tries to wiggle out of it but I tell her 'no' & she settles down pretty quick. When we see another dog & she starts to pull I pull back & tell her 'no' & the head halter does indeed work & pull her head toward me, so I think good this will work, except I notice as more pulls happen during the walk that the nose portion, which already fairly close to her eyes pulls up as she struggles to pull her head away and comes up across her eye. Once I see it happens several times during a couple of walks, I relaize I can't keep it because I don't want her eyeball scraped, damaged or needing to be removed because of theis item. After the 1st time it happened I double checked the nose loop, re-adjusted it & tightened it a bit more, but she pulls her head & wiggles differently each time & the nose loop just doesn't stay still & lie flat thru all of that. Should give it a 1 for being dangerous, in my opinion, but I gave it a 2 for effort as it does work but there's not enough control/structure in the nose loop to keep it from wiggling around & pulling this way & that & I can't risk eye injury. I guess it's back to the pinchy collar thing until she's been trained enough (she's in classes) to stop pulling & ignore outside stimuli almost entirely. BTWthe pinchy collar still does not stop her from pulling as she's very focused.

Supercollar Dog collar

Supercollar Dog collar, MediumThis is a great idea and works very well.

I like to walk my dog and let her off leash and this is very convenient.

As a bonus this actually works better than a regular leash even when attached because it retracts there is never any slack and the leash never goes under one of your dogs legs. I always hate getting the leash untangled.

I just purchased so can't speak to how well it will last. Seems well built but it does have the moving parts, springs, etc.

I don't have a wild dog but when I need him to be under control this product is an elite product. Only thing I can complain about is as he was jumping out of the car one day when we got to the park the lock was still latched and I was holding on to the strap so the lock broke right off. But otherwise I love it, we go bike riding together and if I need to let go of it it sucks itself right up and I don't have to worry about him dragging it. My dog also love the water so whenever he can he jumps right in, I wouldn't say this product is waterproof as anything can corrode over time and weather but handles moisture well so far

Ps. My dog is a 90 LB. Weimaraner

LOVE THIS COLLAR!! We bught it for our tricky little Shiba Inu who likes to run out of the door. The collar really helps a lot when new people come over and Six tries to bolt out the door. When he does escape, this collar makes it easier to see him in the dark,to catch him, and to walk him home after we finally do catch him. It's also very handy for car trips. We don't have to dig around for the leash in the back of the car. Will probably buy a smaller one for our other dog. I would say though, if you are close to in-between sizes, then go with the smaller size. We got the Large and it was almost too big.

Oops, I posted my review on the medium size by accident, oh well. Here it is again for the large, hope it's helpful to all you dog owners out there:

I can't get over this product! It's amazing that nobody thought of this already. For those of you who don't know about it, check out the supercollar website for a little more info. The video where they pull a car is incredible. I use my supercollar every single day, and my friends who have one totally agree that it's a lifesaver. Now I never worry about forgetting the leash at home, or leaving it in the trunk, etc., etc. Whenever I need control of my pup, I just reach down and the leash is ready to go. My labs love swimming at the beach, and I don;t have to worry about sand or salt getting it all gunked up like some of my flexis. Also, no disgusting smell like my other leashes and flexis (really bad when a funk gets trapped in a flexi leash!) I see they now have smalls and colors available on their facebook site, hopefully Amazon will have that soon too!! You can't beat the price on Amazon though, so I suggest you get it while you can : )

Agility in the Bag

Agility in the BagWe have labs, and my daughters love to play with them in the yard. My wife bought this set for them, and I think its a great product. It's not just for kids. The bag is great and manages to fit everything. The chute attached to the tunnel (held on by elastic) sometimes pulls off when our big guy runs through it, but I fixed this problem by clipping binder clips around the rim. I would recommend this set. I'm actually getting another one for my other daughter, as they each have a dog.

My dog and I are both new to agility training. It's been a great exercise program for both of us. She's having fun and frankly, so am I. The kit is easy to use, easy to break down and store. Came with good instructions, too. I would recommend this kit to anyone who just wants to have fun with their dog and lose some weight in the bargain.

I would imagine that this kit is not professional quality, but it all fits nicely in our dog run and I'm happy with the level of quality.

HDP 18 Ft Dog Agility Training Open Tunnel

HDP 18 Ft Dog Agility Training Open Tunnel"Super cool entertainment for my border collie". She loves it when I throw her toy balls through it for a game of chase. It took her two days to get brave enough to enter it (imagine me and my husband trying to crawl through the tunnel to demonstrate how fun it was to a dog (it was hilarious) Isabelle, our dog would just stare at us as if we were nuts; then we finally enticed her by throwing her toys in the tunnel), now she's hooked. I like storing the tunnel away after usage because she gets mega excited when I bring it out to the back yard (this means obvious playtime for her)). The quality is good, I've had it for five months during the florida springtime winds and now the very warm spring weather...it still looks new so far (we use it a lot). ". In fact, just writing this review makes me want to go outside and play tunnel ball with Isabelle again, so I will. Enjoy!

I got this tunnel for my dog's birthday, which is super corny but he really likes tunnels. For the price, it's not a bad investment but it is not made of durable fabric so you have to treat it with care. It has a large enough opening for my 60 lb dog to run through without any issues. It comes with some stakes and ties so that you can secure it to the ground because the material is so lightweight that a dog running through will cause it to move. It also comes in a handy dandy storage case which is made of the same not-durable material as the tunnel. Mine has already ripped. Pack it up when it's not in use and don't leave it outdoors! Good for once in awhile fun, not durable enough for heavy or everyday use.

I was satisfied about the entire product. First off, the price was fairly low for an 18 ft agility tunnel. Second, the product arrived quickly and right on the estimated arrival date. It came in a large but thin cardboard box, which was sealed only by tape but it was enough tape so that the product did not open during travel. The carrying case has a zipper and is the same blue color as the tunnel. It has 2 black crafty handles right by the zipper, which makes it really easy to carry. The stakes came in a blue bag, probably slightly smaller than or equal to the size of a ruler. I recommend using the stakes otherwise your tunnel will definitely move when your dogs are inside. The actual tunnel itself is amazing. It has loops on the sides so you can put the stakes through into the ground. The opening is big enough that I could even crawl through very comfortably. It is also durable, my dogs can run through without tearing it everytime they use it. Although it is durable, I do not recommend leaving it out after each use because the dogs could easily damage it if they do not have proper supervision (i.e. drag it, tear it with their teeth, jump on top and bend the coil inside, etc). The tunnel has strings attached that allow you to tie the tunnel up so it can fit in its carrying case. Very easy to store. Overall, I am very pleased with the product, and my dogs love it too.

looks just like the picture. 18' long and 24" diameter just as described... fabric is pretty thin, but that is expected at this price. build quality seems pretty good and the carrying case is a nice bonus. dogs like it just as much as the professional agility tunnels and had no problem using it.

It is not very sturdy. Maybe would be fine for very small dogs, but my lab used it only a few times and it's already coming apart at the seams.
