I saw the first review and she felt the same way I did. The exact measurements of these things can be critical. I am amazed that it wasn't included in the description. I googled PETCO 400 series dog crate and found the dimensions. For the 400 it is 23" L X 16" W X 1"

D.T. Systems SPT2420 Training Collar, Black

We bought this training device not so much for training, but as a device to be able to call our dog over long distances to let her know it is time to come home. We did test the unit by driving more than a mile from the collar and then sending a mild shock and a vibration to the collar. Both signals were felt by the person holding the collar. Upon following the training directions of teaching the dog the command to return to us, she began to get the idea which then altered the requirements we had for the collar.

I like to take long walks with our dog {11 months old} and allow her to experience everything on her own in safe enviroments. She has a tendency though to be able to locate deer very quickly and once she's honed in on one she's focused on getting to that deer or deer if there are more than one. Once in pursuit she'll follow until they outrun her which is about 300 yards or more. This collar is one of the very FEW that operate at distances greater than 100 yards!!! Our needs have quickly turned from wanting to be able to call her back to us to having the peace of mind of knowing where she is and that she isn't hurt.

Presently we are trying to return this model having only testing it and NOT using it, for the model DT-2430 that contains the beeper/locator which runs about $70 more. Unfortunately our 30 day window expired while we were out of the country on a medical emergency so it looks as though I will have to find an alternate method of selling this to purchse the model we really should have gotten in the first place. This is a great tool, I don't believe in shocking my dog, but the ability to vibrate her collar and have her know that means return to us is INVALUABLE, especially since I am the only person in the house that can whistle loud enough for her to hear me when she is out of site.

Aetertek AT-216S-350W Remote Dog Training Shock Collar, 2 Dog

I purchased this for my two large dogs to train them not to go ballistic when someone rings the doorbell. I don't need to use the shock feature, the audible beep startles them enough. I wanted one remote to control two separate collars independently. This was shipped quickly and was easy enough to set up, but only worked a couple of weeks before the remote malfunctioned. Instead of beeping Collar One or Collar Two, every action would affect both collars. Amazon promptly sent me a new one, so we'll see how long this works.

Beyond the remote malfunction however, the collars themselves are very cheap plastic and ultra long. I have two 100 pound dogs and the collars have a good 5 inches of excess material. And the eyelets are similarly cheap. There are very sharp edges enough to draw a bit of blood while I was handling one so I had to file them down before putting them on my dogs. I would advise spending a bit more to get something of higher quality.

These products appear to be very low quality. This is the second order that I am returning for replacement. The first set I ordered one of the collar was DOA (wouldn't turn on at all). I returned it for replacement and on the second set one of the collars stopped pairing with the remote after approximately one week. (you have to re-pair the collars with the remote every time after you charge them) I am returning this item for replacement one more time but if I have any more problems I am simply going to return them for a refund. When the collars do work they work fine, but getting them to work or to stay working is the issue. Buyer beware.

I bought this product mainly because I have 2 dogs that I want to train (sometimes together) and I want to be able to train them "off leash" so the range was important to me.

First, the product claims "Solid remote range of up to 400-yard". The range I experienced was more like 4 feet. Any more than that and I had little reliability (and yes, the batteries were fresh and/or charged). In fairness though, I'm not certain the range was 100% at fault here as it only seemed to have about a 70% reliability rate even within a couple feet. My guess is that the transmitter simply didn't send the signal properly all of the time.

Second, training 2 dogs at once can be hard with this remote. The transmitter can handle up to 3 receivers but can only send to one at a time. As you see in the picture there are icons that represent the (up to 3) dogs/receivers you're working with and a side button to switch between them. The indicator itself is a tiny, and I mean TINY blue LED telling you which receiver is currently active. When you're walking/moving it's very hard to see at a glance and even more difficult in daylight. The button also tended to skip receivers so it was difficult to keep track without checking constantly. I would have it on Dog 1, press once to go to Dog 2 and find that it is actually on Dog 3 etc.

Even when the switcher worked correctly, which in fairness was about 80% of the time, I found it difficult to operate quickly with 2 dogs. Correcting one, then trying to quickly switch and correct the other was difficult but probably could be done with practice if the switch could be relied upon.

When it did work though, it was highly effective. I like the fact that it had 7 shock levels as well as a tone and a vibrate. One of my dogs needed a level 4-5 while the other responded to lvl 1, so that was nice to have.

Overall though, it just didn't work well enough or reliably enough for us so it has to go back.

I purchased this Richell kennel because it was the size I needed for my 35 lb sheltie. It was great until she ended up snapping the plastic connectors and pretty much destroying the cage. Do not purchase this if your dog is big on chewing. I had the wire and wood one for my older dog and ended up getting a second one for my chewer. She had not "messed with" the metal bars. Overall I do like the Richell products.

ScatMat Power Adapter, 9 Volts

This power adapter is not compatible with the large scat mat that is also sold by amazon.com. I have another scat mat that has a different control and it has a place on it to plug the power adapter into. The control on the large scat mat is different and has no place to plug in the adapter. It can only be used with batteries.

This AC adapter doesn't fit all scat mats regardless of the product description. It doesn't fit the 60 x 12 mat. BEWARE.

If your mat comes with the controller that is shaped like the paw your adapter will not plug into it. Call the company and they will send you out the right control unit to work with the 6 volt adapter. Mine came and wouldn't work together so I called the company. No problems will send it out right away. A little inconvenient but a good company. I plan on buying other size mats and they said just give a call.

Pawz Away Pet Training Mat

I bought two of these at Petsmart foreach. I was a little curious when the clerk told me to be sure to save my receipt, as I would need it if I decided to return them. Now I understand.

I like the concept of the scat mat, and I liked the Pawz Away in particular because it was battery operated so I didn't have to mess around with a power cord. These are powered by a 9 volt battery.

I have a pair of old Shih-Tzu's who are adorable, housebroken and very sweet, but I don't like them going into the living room and dining room, and they think they're entitled to be in there.

I have two doorways into these areas and got one Pawz Away for each. I know they worked because I shocked the heck out of myself a couple of times while hooking the battery compartment to the mat they snap on. My wife also got a shock when she walked on them a couple of times after forgetting they were there. That's another feature of the mats that I really liked they just sort of blend in to the floor and it's easy to forget they are there.

However, for whatever reason my dogs never set them off and got the "correction". I personally watched each dog stroll casually across each mat a number of times without a care in the world. When I returned them to Petsmart the dog trainer there said maybe my dogs just didn't really feel the shock (it's like a strong static electricity shock).

I know that wasn't the case because I had each device set to also beep when it activated. And the only beep I ever heard was when I ended up shocking myself.

Anyway, I don't know if my dogs were too light to set the things off, or they're poorly designed or what the problem was, but after five days of frustration I returned them.

Maybe you'll have better luck and maybe they work better with larger dogs. But they didn't work for me.

Before I bought this product, I read both the good and negative reviews. I thought that it might actually work, with people complaining that PETA should get this product banned. If someone thinks that it puts out a static shock so horrible that it should be banned, than it must be good! Wrong... My dogs walked all over it like they were on a Sunday afternoon stroll. I thought that it must not be working, so I held their feet to the fire, and placed them down on the static discharge wires imbedded in the mat. I received a dirty look from my dog, which interpreted means " Just what do you think you are trying to accomplish by this stupidity?" I then decided that I would sacrifice myself and test it with my hand. I was prepared for the worst and received the least. I almost had to imagine receiving a shock. I thought that maybe the battery was dead, so I gave it the old trusty 9 volt battery tongue test. Yikes, it was fully alive. In the end, I decided that I had received worse punishment from the static off the living room carpet. Save your money and frustration by staying away from this product.

Small Porch Potty Standard

NOTE:

I wrote this review a year ago on Amazon for a nearly identical product by the same manufacturer, then called "Porch Potty Standard with Synthetic Grass". It appears that this product is now offered in a smaller size and is called "Small Porch Potty Standard". The only difference I can see between the larger version (that I own) and this smaller version is just the size. My original review has been updated slightly to reflect this and to include a year's worth of observations.

MY REVIEW:

This is the first time I have ever reviewed any item on any web site but I felt compelled to convey some strong feelings I have after having our dog use the large Porch Potty for the last year. We were desperate for something like this and needed a doggie potty to put on a second floor deck, exposed to the weather. Our previous doggie potty used kitty litter but proved impractical with the exposure to rain outdoors. We needed something that could get wet and it would not cause any problem.

Good Points:

The drain system works nicely, just as advertised. The drain hose is plenty long too.

I think that, given the modifications that I have made (see below), this device will suit our needs.

Neutral Points:

We own the larger version of this product that is 2 ft by 4 ft in size. This smaller version is half the size, 2 ft by 2 ft. Our 28 pound cocker spaniel moves around a little bit when he does his business and he just would not fit on the smaller size. Since this smaller size is marketed for dogs up to 30 pounds, you might want to consider a larger doggie potty if your dog is near the 30 pound size.

This is nobody's fault, but our dog does not seem to like stepping on the artificial grass if it is wet. Maybe if we used real turf this would not be an issue.

Bad Points:

The plastic base of the larger size model is fairly flimsy. The company states that it can hold dogs up to 120 pounds. Our Large Porch Potty was very springy when our 28 pound dog walked on it, so much so that it sort of spooked him. I had to install support brackets under the Large Porch Potty to give it enough support so that it does not "give" so much when he walks on it. I don't see how a 120 pound dog can use this, both because of the flimsy plastic base and because of the size (2 ft by 4 ft). The smaller size offered here (2 ft by 2 ft) probably does not have as much "springiness" by virtue of its smaller size, but that is just my guess.

The artificial turf was not cut to fit the Large Porch Potty very well. I had to cut almost one inch off one side to get it to fit inside the plastic base.

The artificial turf backing has holes melted into it so it will drain. This is a really good idea for obvious reasons. Unfortunately these holes were not cleaned out very well so I scraped off all the loose and melted pieces on the bottom of the artificial turf mat before letting the dog use it. This is not mandatory but I did not want to deal with a lumpy turf backing or loose turf pieces after the artificial turf had been used.

We purchased the built-in sprinkler option for our porch potty. The sprinkler system does work to wet the grass but I found it impractical. If our dog does #2, I really need a hose to clean up what I cannot scoop up completely. If I use the sprinklers, it takes too long to clean the artificial turf in the one spot where it was soiled. A hose just takes a few seconds. If our dog does #1, I could wait and not water down the area, but then that area starts to smell bad. So once again I use a hose to wash down the area just used. Again the sprinklers take too long to clean things up. Also, the sprinklers spray outside the Porch Potty, getting our deck and house wet. Bottom line is that I found the sprinklers impractical. Since I quit using them completely I removed them, plugged the holes in the plastic tray, and purchased an extra square foot of artificial turf to plug the two holes in the turf, effectively converting the Porch Potty Premium into a Porch Potty Standard. I now have a garden hose next to the porch potty and use it as needed. That is the way to go in my opinion.

There are four little rubber "feet" on the bottom corners of the Large Porch Potty plastic base, presumably to elevate it off the surface it is resting on so that only these four points touch the floor/deck. The Large Porch Potty was flimsy enough that the whole thing sagged and these feet were ineffectual. In fact one of them fell off. I installed my own rubber feet. It took about a dozen of them to adequately keep the plastic base off our deck's surface.

The artificial grass provided has pretty well lost it "spring" and sort of lays flat where our dog normally walks on it. This is probably more a cosmetic issue than a functional one.

#1 Major Bad Point This item is way overpriced for what you get. It is basically a molded plastic tray with a drain hose attached and a piece of artificial turf on top. If I were retailing this, I would put a price tag of $99 on it. It is plainly one of those items that you get mail order and think, wow, I paid way too much for what I just got. I was really disappointed that I sort of got ripped off from a price perspective.

I have no opinion on the included fire hydrant. We did not use it because our dog does not need it to be compelled to go.

I would think long and hard about purchasing any Porch Potty with the built-in sprinkler. Like I said, I converted back to the Porch Potty without sprinklers. That was about a $50 mistake given all the costs involved.

In the end, after the fixes made, it does seem to be working to meet the needs of our dog in our situation. But the problems with it make me drop its rating 1-2 stars. And, in addition, because of such a clearly inflated price, it really deserves to lose 1-2 additional stars. Thus, I give it a two star rating. In the end, given all its shortcomings in design and manufacture and its inflated price, I am still glad that we got it because it is now meeting our needs. It was just sort of an unpleasant road to get to this point.

I bought the PP because I live in a 3rd floor condo and during the winter, I don't feel like walking through the snow for 45 minutes so my dog can do nothing while I freeze. The product has proven quite valuable with housebreaking in combination with the crate. The reviews within the internet were the best compared to other similar products, and the product itself is great in my opinion. I have a standard, no sprinkler. I have a 12 pound dog and have experienced no sagging of the center, and she has plenty of room to spin around. You do have to be diligent about dumping the pee bowl underneath, otherwise it gets full and quite gross. But overall, its a great product. We use live grass so it needs to be changed monthly or it rots and gets nasty. This is where my reasoning for leaving off the 5th star comes in: I've had some issues with customer service getting my orders wrong, and the website screws up on credit card orders, but there is no weekend customer service on the 800 number, etc. PLUS, you cannot sign up for the monthly ordering of sod if you don't sign up for it when you purchase the PP. This to me is unacceptable. How are you supposed to know if you need it right away? Overall, it's expensive but truthfully, worth it, lest you buy one of the crappier products for way cheaper and learn it the hard way.

I have a chihuahua mix dog and I have to tell you this is the only product I could get to work for me without any major issues. Before this, I had tried pee pads which worked but needed constant attention and if she got bored, my dog tore them up leaving a huge mess. I also tried dog litter but again she liked to rip up the paper pellets and leave a huge mess. I tried similar products but they were very flimsy and she didn't take to using them; they also smelled really bad even if I rinsed it every day. It was a lot of work. I eventually bought the porch potty (I use the standard without sprinklers since I didn't think there would be a point) for her and she actually used it without any problems. I've had it for a year now and still in great shape. She actually prefers the porch potty even when she has a backyard. Check out the actual website for the porch potty for more reviews as well. I am definitely happy with my choice.

PROS:

* Very nice design

* A good size for smaller dogs (should watch your dogs bathroom habits because my dog likes to move around while she's doing her business as well but since she is only 8lbs there is ample room on this small size)

CONS:

* Definitely the price for what you get but well worth given the right circumstances such as indoors, high apartment floors, hard to train dogs, etc.

Sport Upland G3 Remote Trainer

I'm very happy with this purchase. The range of this stimulator is better than any other I've seen. Others I've used don't work very well if there are hills or metal structures in the way. Though not perfect, this one is the best I've found. The best thing is the beeper option; it is extremely useful for training the dog and limiting shocking the animal. My only complaint is that there isn't a momentary audio option to support training without shocking the dog.

Herm Sprenger Pinch Collar, 12-Inch, 2-1/4-Mm

I bought this collar for my 50lb pit mix, I had to add a link to lengthen it but the small size is way more effective than the larger ones and it stays in the right place just behind her ears. This is the only collar which keeps her from pulling my arm out of the socket, I never have to use corrections, it just uses her natural weight and instincts to correct herself. I actually now walk her off leash even on the street and she will stay at a heel by my side because I was finally able to teach her the boundaries on walks. I would highly recommend the small size even for large breeds because with more smaller links it is more effective and makes your dog look less intimidating to others.

There are people who give these collars a bad rap but when used correctly they can actually be much more humane and natural than a head halter which often rubs a dog's face raw and makes them feel trapped. This collar appears to sum like spikes pointed into a dog's neck but really they are at an angle and just apply pressure when your dog pulls. They should fit snug behind the ears where it will not be pressing on the throat at all. It should not dangle or slide around at all which could be dangerous if it were caught on something. And I would never leave it on my dog while she is off leash either.

One more thing, Herm Sprenger is the leading brand for prong collars. Don't bother buying slightly cheaper ones. They will fall apart and the metal ends are blunt and not rounded like this collar. Also, the quick release style has come undone on me before so it is best to get this type which is only a tiny bit of extra effort to get on and off, it is especially easy in the small size. It also has a gap in the center and the links on either size point up which a nice new style addition.

Once you go Herm Sprenger, you'll never go back!

A prong collar is (generally speaking) the safest and most effective training collar available; far superior to slip collar (choke chains) or head halters (such as the Gentle Leader).

Not only that, but Herm Sprenger collars are by FAR the best brand of prong collar on the market. They are carefully crafted, and unlike the cheaper brands, do not bend or become warped with time. They are highly unlike to pop off should the dog lunge. It will only take one HS collar to make a believer out of you. Even at a glance, it makes cheaper brands appear to be made of paper clips.

The tips on this collar are also carefully rounded. The flat tips on cheaper brands can irritate some dogs with sensitive skin. The action of this collar is also superior to other brands, and features very fluid movement.

The prong collar is the choice of knowledgeable dog trainers, and HS is their brand of choice!

Buy Herm Sprenger Pinch Collar, 12-Inch, 2-1/4-Mm Now

I bought this collar for my Rottweiler puppy, and it's great. She's stubborn and extremely strong, so it's a must. When I use the collar, I have total control. The fact that it's fairly easy to adjust by adding or subtracting links is a definite plus when the collar is used on a rapidly growing puppy.

My only complaint was with the delivery. I live in Costa Rica, and the product was shipped via DHL who doesn't deliver to post office boxes. There was much confusion as DHL wouldn't deliver to my home address either as it's a rural address. Furthermore, Costa Rica DOES NOT have addresses. The collar was finally delivered to a local restaurant where I was able to pick it up. The shipping charges were high and that service was poor. Amazon had no edit on the post office box address either, so I had no idea. Prior shipments from Amazon always came to my PO box, except, of course, when they were lost in the mail. DHL may be a good solution to that problem, but they need to establish a central drop if they don't offer home delivery, or establish an arrangement with the post office.

I have Standard Poodles which normally are NOT pullers. However, I have had two who have been. NEVER will I use a chain link CHOKE collar on any dog. This pinch, used properly, MADE CORRECTLY (like the Herm Sprenger), works well with gentle corrections. Under $20 and I used it a totally of 3 training weeks with the new trainee. All done with it and his understands not to pull.

Please use any training collar with respect. Use it on your arm first. Understand the pressure. Use it correctly, high on the neck, with gentle corrections. Remember, they are corrections in training!!!!!!!!! Gentle, gentle, gentle with treats and love and fun.

Also, use a good, quality product. Not cheap junk. There is a difference.

From the first moment I put this collar on my dog he walked very nicely, unlike his usual lunging and yanking. After our third walk I removed one link from the collar and I feel it fits better, but with or without the link, his walk behavior is very different than before the collar.

The pinch parts are nicely rounded and do not irritate the skin, or dig in, or make any marks on his skin. He doesn't mind having the collar put on him because he knows the collar means he'll go outside. It's a great training device, and a wonderful device to use for dogs who lunge and pull on lead.

I recommend only the Herm Springer collar because used carefully it will not hurt the dog.

Never leave the collar on when not walking; never put on or take off the collar by slipping it off over dog's head. Read about the use of the collar at the Herm Springer website; failure to do this may result in purchasing the wrong size, or damage to the dog.

My veterinarian recommended I try this halter in order to control a 70 pound adolescent sheepdog who was next to impossible to walk. While the veterinarian admitted had no experience with the halter, an employee in his office had highly recommended its use. She used to have a husky who was a former sled dog and this product was the only thing that would control her husky. Our Ginnie Mae chased cars, stalked animals and seemed to think she was a sled dog pulling me! Choker collars did little to deter her dangerous behavior. She would tug until she backed out of a regular collar. If she saw a bird my arm was torn out of the socket! On more than one occasion, I ended up mid air and on the ground! Daily walks were dangerous and neither one of the kids could walk her.

Our first walk with the Sporn Halter was amazing. This formerly uncontrollable dog never tugged at the leash--NOT ONCE! The halter completely subdued her behavior. The straps around her front legs are not at all tight so the dog seems completely comfortable. It is easy to fit, easy to get on and off the dog and the dog does not seem to be bothered by the apparatus. The Sporn collar can remain on the dog (with the arm straps detached) but I have found it easier to just leave her regular collar on and leave the sporn halter on the leash. No reason the kids cannot walk her now!

I do not know why this apparatus works but it absolutely does!

The Sporn Halter works well because its design puts a slight pressure on the sensitive pressure points under the dog's leg, more or less the equivilent of a pressure point in your armpit. The dog immediately responds to the discomfort and behaves properly...and stays a happy dog. No pressure on its throat. For the person who below complained that it was complicated to put on, perhaps the first time or two...once solved, it's a simple process. My dog, who was a maniac before the Sporn, sits patiently while I put the collar on and then is off like a rocket but also immediately settles down when I put on his leash. He knows that the Sporn means a fantastic run in the park, it's nice because you can easily put the dog on and off leash the little ring stays nice on the top of their back, easy to find when needed. I'm guessing that perhaps the owner did not have it on properly when she wrote that it did not work. It works like a charm. My groomer told me about it, they use a similar apparatus during the grooming process and the dogs are always under control in her shop, from English sheep dogs to little toy poodles.

Try it, you'll love it. And the neat thing is that big dogs can now be walked by lesser weight people without the worry that they will be pulled half-way across town.

My 5 month old, 74 pound German Shepherd has been to puppy class and failed due to excessive pulling on the lead. I just adopt Alaska Malamute couple weeks ago and OMG! she alway want to launch everytime i walked her. i also owned another golden mix and he's never ever pull this hard like her. only 2-4 times after the choke chain he's done w/ pulling and we thought would be the same story as her but it wasn't. I love All-Belt retractable leashes. They are much better than the cord leashes! There's no risk of them burning your knees or hands if all of a suddden your dog goes dashing off.

This leash is also great if you have more than one dog. We have two, and the belt really helps to see how to untangle the pooches when they inevitably get tangled.

The only reason I don't give this leash 5 stars is because the handle is small. I have medium-sized female hands, and I can only fit 3 fingers into this handle (my husband can only fit two). If I could fit four, it would be a lot better.

I should have realized how short 10 feet really is before ordering, so that is my mistake. The leash is very smooth and goes in and out nicely. The only downside is that the handle is very small, and both my wife and I can only fit two fingers through it.

They are serious about the "mini". I can fit four fingers in the handle, and I have smallish hands. However, the feeder is good and the belt is strong. I wish it were a tad bigger, but I used it until my dog chewed through the lead.

This is a great product for those who like to take their dogs on a nice structured walk. My Siberian Husky completely gives up pulling when wearing one of these. Due to being quite short (which is why i like them), if you want to use these and you want your dog to be able to explore around you these leashes are not for you.

Bought these to simplify taking my dog the short walk & elevator ride to the pet relief area in our building. (You know, because having to put on a collar with a quick release snap is SUCH a hassle. Ha!) We just hang one of these on the door, stick the head through and go! Also convenient for stowing in the car for quick trips where you didn't think you needed a leash, but do.

Nice product for ~$1 each just flat braided nylon webbing with a ring on one end and a hand loop on the other. (Note that this is made of nylon, not braided polyethelene rope like the ones Cesar Millan uses, so it doesn't hold it's shape like those but is nicer in the hand.) Stitching appears to be sturdy and the length is just right for walking even my 13" tall dog in the heel position. I did receive 1 each of the rather pretty colors shown in the photo.

Not sure how this would work for dogs that pull excessively, in terms of comfort in your hand. I believe it would not come off a pulling/struggling dog's head/neck because it does immediately cinch down with any tension. However, as with any slip/choke-style collar and especially because this product's nylon material is soft/floppy, be cognizant of how the collar is oriented on your dog's neck since it can be slow to loosen with the release of tension.

I have two Shiba Inu and for small dogs, they can be very strong and fast. They are hunting dogs by nature and on several occasions have lunged at a squirrel or other small animal and somehow got off their leashes. We take them on several walks a day and wanted a way to take them out without having to worry about them getting loose. I got an idea from these slip leads. I put the handle through the ring on their harness and then through the ring on the lead. Now there is no escaping! I only wish these leads were a little longer like 6 or 8 feet. To give them more length, because they often like to explore in different directions when out on a walk, I attach a second slip lead to the handle of the first one and now they have 8 feet. This has really worked out great!

I finally found what I needed in the most affordable way for the quality I needed. I have a tiny dog, and we all know how they are, (I'm learning). Anyway, I just sometimes need a leash everywhere, anywhere, anytime, and I couldn't see paying $7-$20 for a lead for the 4 or 5 I needed.

So, I saw this and now I have one in the golf-cart, at the ready,... one on the porch, at the ready, one in the house, at the ready, and one in purse one in the car, etc.

I couldn't be happier.

All I had to do was add a carabiner to each ring, which I then clip to his harness at any time needed, and use the loop for my handle.

Re-purposed and still have one spare, oh what to do?

I can see that these are great leads for the purpose intended, however, they solved my problem of needing many quick "leashes" for my tiny one. (3-5 lb Chihuahua, puppy, highly excitable and enthusiastic, and sometimes just needs that "quick leash" in unexpected circumstances anywhere!).

Quality is good, btw, nice and strong. I believe the description for use was extremely accurate. They are also very pretty colors, easy to tell apart for the purpose, and for me, I can actually coordinate with the purse or the golf-cart (just kidding, really, really!).

I have had to replace/repair one collar twice and the second collar 3 times, with the transmitter replaced/repaired 3 times, and the charger(s) replaced twice in the past 2 years. When one part of the system doesn't work, it all doesn't work (you can't use a collar without a transmitter, and niether without a charger) so the system is not working more often than it does. The good thing I have to say is that the company continues to honor their warranty and keeps sending replacement parts, but first they ask you to go through rather complicated and time consuming processes to "fix" the problems but the fixes don't work. If not for the warranty, this product would get no stars. I would never buy one of these again and recommend no one else does. But if the same company produced a better product I would consider going back to them again.

I purchased this treat at my local vets office since my dog is on strict turkey diet due to allergies.

The product is very expensive for the amount you are getting. But I can only justify it by quality.

My dog eats the treats but is not crazy about them since due to freeze dry process there is almost no smell to the treats.

Another issue is that since the treats are dry they easily break and crumble. I ordered my second pack online to save money (I will not disclose the vendor since I am reviewing the product not delivery) but 1/5th of the package was filled with dry turkey dust instead of treats. So I will keep buying the product from the vet or store to have all of it edible and not damaged.

Overall it is a good treat for dogs with food sensitivities and on diets since nothing much is added to it.
